Select a page to review
Choose a client and series on the left. Content is read live from the master files, so you are always looking at the current revision.
Your process — start to finish
- New client: create the folder (or ask Claude to), open a session in it, give the 3 things below. Drop in any client docs at the same time. You approve one brand-constants summary — that unlocks writing.
- New series: give the 3 things below. Setup, research pass, and dashboard registration run on their own.
- Production: say "write the next batch" (4–5 pages, early in a series) or "continue the series until done" (proven long tail). Every batch is checked, uniqueness-audited, backed up, and saved before you see it.
- Review: here in the dashboard — read everything early, sample the tail. See a problem → Flag for revision. Open flags stop the line: nothing new is written until they're fixed.
- Deliver: open any page of the finished series → Export series for web team → send the zip.
Your dials, changeable any time by saying so: model tier (Fable for intake, setup, and ~first 30 pages; cheaper tail only after a pilot batch matches Fable's flag rate) and the tail-review sampling rate.
Starting a new client — tell Claude 3 things
Step 1: create the client folder in My Drive — or tell Claude "create a folder for [client]" from any session and it's done. Step 2: open a Claude session in that folder (keeps the client's memory in the right place). Step 3: give the 3 things — name, website, and your brief. The brief can be as rough as a voice note; it gets saved word for word.
New client: [Name]. Website: [url]. Brief: [your perspective — who they are, the angle the content takes, who it's really for, why they're buying content, positioning against competitors, tone, anything they'd never say]
What happens: folder + Articles created (client appears here automatically), website researched, both assessments written, brand memory derived. You get one brand-constants summary to approve before any writing starts.
Starting a new series — tell Claude 3 things
Keyword, locations, and your brief for the series.
New series for [client]. Keyword: "[phrase] in [location]". Locations: [grouping name / list / "Base minus X" / pending] Brief: [the angle this series takes, how it differs from their other series, the buyer it speaks to, must / must-not claims]
Locations accepts a grouping name ("use Base"), a new named set, a modification ("Base plus Cardiff"), or "pending". What happens: series rules file with your brief at the top, master content file, location list resolved, series research pass run, and the series appears here before setup is reported complete.
You can leave things out — setup completes and tracks the gap as open. Word count is only asked when the client has no precedent. Click "Content Dashboard" (top left) any time to return to this page.
